Objectives: The primary objective of this course is to teach students the fundamentals of AutoCAD Map 3D as well as through hands on exercises on how to create, edit, manage, and analyze mapping data. After completing this course, students should be able to:

- Import mapping data from other applications
- Set up and manage feature classification
- Work with raster images

- Manage the display of map objects with the Display Manager

Prerequisites: Before attending this course, students should have completed the AutoCAD Essentials course and have working knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Windows XP. or Windows 2000.
